'Do they want the tax money?': Small pot growers find municipal roadblocks on path to microcultivation licences

Health Canada said it has received 23 applications for the licenses so far, including 5 in BC.  ‘The spirit was to get small growers involved and to get the black market to convert over to the new market’, said James Walsh, president of the BC Micro License Association. ‘In reality we are just not seeing it.’
